On November 30th, the unmissable Bow Tie Affair gala returns in person! This year, we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of PROCURE and the 10th edition of the Bowvember campaign with a bang, under the glamorous theme of the Oscars. Get ready for a memorable evening!

Your ticket includes:

• One (1) entry for the Bow Tie Affair evening
• One (1) Bowvember 2023 edition bow tie and matching pocket square

Location: Entrepôts Dominion (3970 Rue Saint-Ambroise, Montreal, QC H4C 2C7)

Date: Thursday, November 30th, 2023

Time: From 6:00 p.m.

Dress code: Formal (black-tie and long dress). Wearing the PROCURE bow tie is a must for everyone.

Ticket price : $300 ($100 tax receipt)

Bow tie delivery

The 2023 edition bow tie and pocket square included with the purchase of a ticket for the Bow Tie Affair will only be shipped in mid-November. Delivery is made by Canada Post without a tracking number.

For any purchase made from November 23, the bow tie must be picked up on-site the evening of the event. No deliveries will be made after November 23.

Ticket delivery

Tickets for the 2023 Bow Tie Affair will be sent automatically by email once your order has been confirmed. It is therefore important to ensure that the email address provided during the transaction is valid and accessible. 

You will receive the following email sequence:

1. Order Confirmation

Email subject: Order #0000 confirmed

If you purchased a Bundle, this email contains your ticket numbers for the Lottery PROCURE.


2. Your tickets

Email subject: Your tickets for Affaire Papillon are attached to this email!

Please keep this email which contains your official tickets for the Bow Tie Affair. You can download the tickets in PDF, print them or add them to your Apple Wallet. The QR code on your tickets will be scanned at the entrance to the event.

3. Tax receipt

Email subject: PROCURE - Your official donation receipt for tax purposes
Sender: no-reply@shopify-taxreceipts.com

An official donation receipt for tax purposes in the amount of $100 is automatically issued for each Bow Tie Affair ticket sold and will be emailed to you once your order has been confirmed. You will find the receipt attached to the email in PDF format. Please keep it for your records.
