Shipping and Delivery

• Please confirm the shipping address when placing your order. If there is an error, you must notify us by email at info@procure.ca before 9 a.m. the day after your purchase. After this time, we will not be responsible for any additional costs and delays incurred.
• Shipping is included for Quebec only. Delivery charges extra for outside Quebec.
• Orders will be shipped from mid-October.
• Please note that delivery is made by Canada Post without a tracking number.
• Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Order processing

• Please note that our customer service is open Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Purchases made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• All sales on this site are final.

Tax receipt

• An official donation receipt for tax purposes for $20 will be issued automatically for each purchase of this item and will be emailed to you once your order has been confirmed.
