Bow tie delivery

The 2026 edition bow tie and pocket square included with the purchase of a ticket to the Bow Tie Affair will be shipped by mail according to the terms that will be specified before the event. 

For any ticket purchase made after November 19, please note that you will need to pick up your bow tie at the welcome table on the evening of the event.

When purchasing multiple tickets, all bow ties associated with the purchase will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. 

In the case of a ticket transfer to another person, only the event ticket will be transferred by email. The bow tie will be sent to the shipping address provided with the original order. If applicable, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to give the bow tie included with the purchase to the person to whom the event ticket is transferred.

Ticket delivery

Event tickets will be sent automatically by email once your order is confirmed. It is therefore important to ensure that the email address provided during the transaction is valid and accessible.

   Please keep this email, as it contains your official tickets for the 2026 PROCURE Bow Tie Affair. You can download them as a PDF, print them, or add them to your Apple Wallet. If needed, you can also TRANSFER a ticket to another person. Please note that this action is irreversible and ticket transfers cannot be cancelled. The QR code on your tickets will be scanned at the event entrance.

   An official donation receipt for tax purposes in the amount of $100 is issued automatically for each ticket purchased and will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. You will find the receipt as a PDF attachment. Please keep it for your records.
