Shipping and delivery

• ATTENTION: All orders for this product will only be shipped from mid-October 2024.
• Please confirm the shipping address when ordering. If there is an error, you must notify us by email at info@procure.ca before 9 a.m. the day after your purchase. After this period, we will not be responsible for any additional costs and delays caused.
• Delivery costs extra.

Order processing

• Please note that our customer service is open Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Purchases made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• Sales on this site are final.

Tax receipt

• An official donation receipt for tax purposes of $200 for each purchase of this item will be automatically issued and sent by email once your order is confirmed.
